QiBalance Guide is an educational wellness app. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, where it is stored, and who it is shared with.
What we collect
- Account information: email address, and optionally your first name.
- Wellness inputs: daily check-in answers, mood tags, journal notes, and photos you upload.
- AI outputs: rituals, calm responses, and weekly reports generated for your account.
- Purchase records: whether you have unlocked All Access (managed via RevenueCat and the app store).
- Basic device / diagnostic data needed to keep the app running.
How we use it
- To generate your personal daily ritual, weekly report, and AI Calm Companion responses.
- To save your journal, mood garden, and wellness history so you can review them.
- To manage sign-in, purchases, and account settings.
- To improve the app's safety and quality.
Where it is stored
Your data is stored securely with our managed backend and cloud storage provider. It is protected by row-level access rules so only you (and support staff acting on your behalf) can access your account data.
Who we share it with
- AI processing providers, to generate your ritual and calm responses.
- The app store and RevenueCat, to process and verify your purchase.
- We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.
Your choices
- You can edit your name and preferences in Profile.
- You can delete individual journal entries at any time.
- You can delete your entire account and all wellness data atDelete Account.
