Delete your account

You can permanently delete your QiBalance Guide account and all associated wellness data at any time. This action cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app

1. Sign in to QiBalance Guide.
2. Open Profile (or Settings).
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Tap Delete account, then confirm Yes, delete.

What is deleted

• Your account (email and profile).
• All daily check-ins, ritual results, and daily records.
• All journal entries, mood garden data, and uploaded photos.
• All AI Calm Companion sessions and weekly reports.
• All wellness favorites and preferences.

What may be retained

Anonymized purchase records may be retained by the app store (Google Play / Apple App Store) and RevenueCat for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention reasons. These records are not linked to your personal wellness data.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email support@qibalance.app from the address associated with your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will process your request within 30 days.
