QiBalance Guide is a wellness education tool. We collect only what is needed to give you a personal daily ritual — your account email, the check-in answers you submit, the wellness guides generated for you, and any journal notes or photos you save.
What we store. Account information (email), your check-in answers, wellness guides generated by our AI, journal notes, uploaded photos, and product purchase records.
How we use it. Only to power the features you use: personalized rituals, herb education, movement guidance, and journal history. We do not sell your data.
AI processing. Your check-in text is sent to our AI provider to compose your daily ritual and is not used to identify you.
Deletion. You can delete your account from Settings at any time. This removes all associated wellness data.
Not medical data. This app does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not use it as a substitute for medical care.
